1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClinicTell (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws and regulations.

2. Platform Description

ClinicTell provides an online directory connecting patients with healthcare clinics across Canada. We facilitate connections but are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.

3. Patient Use

Patients may use the Platform to search for healthcare providers at no cost. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to your contact information being shared with the clinic you contacted and potentially similar clinics, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA.

4. Clinic Registration

Clinics must provide accurate registration information including valid license numbers. ClinicTell reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend listings that do not meet our standards.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
