Authorities in Salem, New Hampshire have identified the man and woman found dead inside their home on Bodwell Road as 47-year-old Jennifer Barrett and 41-year-old Charles Molinari. The discovery has left their neighbors in shock and disbelief.
The incident, which occurred on a Saturday afternoon, prompted a 911 call from the house, leading to a police response with guns drawn. Jeff Garcia, a neighbor who knew the couple, described the scene as “extremely sad,” especially as the couple leaves behind a daughter and a son.
Surveillance footage from Garcia’s Ring camera captured Molinari leaving and returning to the home just after 1 p.m. The couple was known to be friendly and somewhat reserved, with neighbors expressing their disbelief that such a tragedy could occur in their quiet neighborhood.
