Aside from Formula 1, the new Formula 2 and Formula 3 seasons will also begin in Bahrain, with all their track action broadcasted live on Sky Sports F1.
Why the Change to Saturday?
This season, the race weekend is starting a day earlier than usual due to the Islamic holy month of Ramadan beginning on Sunday, March 10. This adjustment ensures that the race in Saudi Arabia can be held without any conflicts.
To accommodate this change, the Bahrain Grand Prix schedule was also moved up by a day, aligning with the new format for the season’s opening rounds in the Middle East.
