Gunter brings over a decade of experience as a sales leader in the contact center industry to her new role at Ibex. She will be responsible for driving new business growth and will report directly to John Thompson, Head of Sales at Ibex.
Thompson expressed his enthusiasm for Gunter joining the team, highlighting her deep industry expertise and strategic sales approach. He believes Gunter’s leadership skills will be instrumental in furthering Ibex’s growth across various sectors.
Prior to joining Ibex, Gunter held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at Cyara, and has also worked with prominent organizations such as NICE, Verint, Aspect, and Genesys, focusing on customer experience and engagement.
Gunter holds an MBA from Dowling College and a bachelor’s degree in business management from CW Post College of Long Island University. She is also certified with Series 7 and Series 66 under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
