Tickets and events are now available for various upcoming performances in Baton Rouge.
The Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra will be hosting their Orchestra Series on March 21st at the Raising Cane’s River Center Performing Arts Theater. Guest conductor Tania Miller will be leading a program featuring Haydn’s “Creation.” Tickets range from $19-$65 and can be purchased at batonrougesymphony.org.
“Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Elusive Ear” will be opening on April 5th at the Sullivan Theater. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased by calling (225) 778-8990 or visiting sullivantheater.com.
The Manship Theatre at the Shaw Center for the Arts will be showcasing “Rosie Revere, Engineer & Friends” on March 24th and Gregorian on April 7th. Tickets for these events are available by calling (225) 344-0334 or visiting manshiptheatre.org.
LSU’s Turner-Fischer Center for Opera will be presenting Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Carousel” with the LSU Symphony Orchestra on March 22nd and 24th. General admission tickets are $32 and student tickets are $12. Tickets can be purchased at lsu.edu/cmda/events.
The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge is calling for submissions for their biennial “Art Flow” exhibit, inspired by the theme “No Place Like Home.” Submissions are due by March 27th, with the exhibit running from April 5th to May 15th at the Cary Saurage Community Arts Center.
