The International Live Music Conference (ILMC) has officially confirmed the full program for Touring Entertainment LIVE (TEL), which is set to take place on March 1 as part of ILMC 36. This event brings together professionals from the concert and performance industry to explore the challenges and opportunities facing the multi-billion dollar touring entertainment sector.
Leaders from some of the biggest and most successful touring shows and exhibitions worldwide will gather at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London for this inaugural event. The program will feature keynote interviews with industry figureheads, including ABBA Voyage producer Svana Gisla and theatre legend Richard Lewis. The day will begin with a panel discussing major issues confronting the industry today, followed by discussions on the A&R of IP, standing out in a crowded market, and trends for 2024-2025.
The event will also include a session called “We’ve Got 99 Problems & Here’s How We Solve Them,” in which industry leaders will address shared problems and explore possibilities for group initiatives. Additionally, a dedicated networking session will provide an invaluable chance for industry professionals to meet or reconnect, and Quickfire Sessions will allow businesses to pitch to promoters and venues looking for their next project.
This first-of-its-kind event is expected to provide a platform for industry leaders to engage in meaningful conversations and gain valuable insights to shape the future of touring entertainment.
The ILMC 36 delegate pass provides full access to Touring Entertainment LIVE, or attendees may visit the TEL day only with a separate pass. More information can be found at 36.ilmc.com.
