Macaron Tea Room closed in Broadview Heights

The original Macaron Tea Room has permanently closed its doors in Broadview Heights, Ohio. The establishment, founded by Alla Yakimiv, was a unique blend of a British tea room and a bakery featuring gluten-free and keto options. The tea room opened in 2018, offering customers a touch of elegance in the Cuyahoga County suburb. Yakimiv, who immigrated to the United States from Ukraine, was known for constantly creating new events and flavors, making every visit to the tea room a new adventure.

In 2021, Yakimiv expanded her business to Woodmere, opening a new location next to The Stone Oven on Chagrin Boulevard. Unfortunately, this location also closed its doors after a brief period. The Facebook page of the original Broadview Heights tea room is now advertising items for sale, including tables, chairs, tea pots, display trays, plates, and more.
