The 2024 NCAA women’s basketball tournament schedule for March Madness has been announced. The first round will begin on March 22. Selection Sunday will take place on March 17 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
The tournament will kick off with the First Four on March 20-21, followed by the first round on March 22-23, second round on March 24-25, Sweet 16 on March 29-30, Elite Eight on March 31-April 1, Final Four on April 5, and the championship game on April 7 at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
The tournament’s final games will be broadcast on ESPN and ABC, with the championship game airing on ABC at 3 p.m. ET. The 2024 women’s tournament will feature sites in Albany, N.Y. and Portland, Ore. for the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds.
As for future Final Four and championship sites, the schedule includes Tampa, FL in 2025, Phoenix in 2026, Columbus, OH in 2027, Indianapolis in 2028, San Antonio in 2029, Portland, OR in 2030, and Dallas in 2031.
